Four of it finished as soon it was out of oven and rest within few hours! 😀

  8. 1/4 cup water
  9. 10 Puff pastry Squares

  1. Peel and cut the apples into very small pieces. Add in lemon juice, Gur/ jaggery powder, Cinnamon powder, vanilla powder, and mix. Keep it aside for 15 minutes or so to macerate. Add cornflour and mix, add little water too.

Keep it on the prepared baking tray and finish doing it for all. Give a milk wash (or eggwash) and bake it for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Let it be on the tray for about 5 minutes and then put it on a wire rack to cool a bit. Serve warm. It's best when eaten warm.
