- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 Scottish chili (or whatever chili you have)

- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 11 ounces roasted peanuts (I used Campbell's roasted peanuts seasoned with sugar and bacon)
- 12 ounces corned beef
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
Steps to make Abby special
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Add flour, salt and yeast to a bowl and mix
- Beat the beaten eggs with milk until smooth. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture.
- Knead until the dough turns into a dough. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured board. Add the mass and knead until the butter is completely homogeneous in the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, remove a damp cloth or (clean) kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for an hour or until the dough has doubled in size. (This is a little trick I use when I don't have time. Place the bowl (covered) in the oven at 37°C for 30 minutes.

- Combine water and cornstarch and add to sauce to thicken consistency. (Add cornstarch if you want the gravy to be thicker, add a little more to make it thinner.)
- Add meat and corn and cook beans.
