  17. 6 tablespoons of brown sugar
  18. 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
  19. 1/2 teaspoon heavy hot sauce
  20. 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
  21. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire

steps to make meatloaf

  1. For the sauce, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, hot sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Take 6 pieces of bread, cut into small pieces and place in a medium bowl, then add the milk mixture and set aside.
  3. Add the oil, garlic, red onion and red pepper to a small pot and cook for a few minutes until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the beef with the parmesan mixture + salt + Worcestershire + seasoning salt + black pepper + parsley + bread crumbs + onion and stir to combine.
  5. Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil, top with beef mixture, garnish with tomato slices and tri-halves, and bake in the oven at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  6. When the meatloaf is cooked, remove it from the bread and foil, place on a plate, cut into slices and, if desired, garnish with the remaining sauce (be careful not to brush the pan with very hot drippings). Your Favorite Sites!
