Hello everyone, I'm Brad and welcome to our recipe page. Today we are going to make a different dish, the easiest way to prepare a tender Kentucky brownie every night of the week. One of my favorite recipes. I will make them myself. It will be really delicious.
Let’s face it, cooking is not just a priority for the lives of every man, woman or child on earth. In fact, many people have left the idea of cooking as a priority in their lives. This means that instead of trying to make healthy meals for our families and for our own enjoyment, we often live with fortified foods and canned mixtures.
Preparing healthy meals can be difficult because most of us do not want to waste time preparing and planning meals that our families will not eat. At the same time, we want our families to be healthy, so we feel compelled to learn new and better ways to prepare balanced meals that our families can love (and unfortunately, in some scenarios, hate).
There are many who believe that preparing healthy foods is more expensive than preparing healthy and high-calorie foods. In fact, when you compare the cost of healthcare to not be able to do it for so long, it seems pretty low compared to it. Yes, good food is worth more. This is often a simple event. But by learning to control your portion and eat the right portions, you may be spending less in proportion to the amount of food you need to consume to maintain a balanced and responsible lifestyle.
From the type of ingredients, to the choice of fresh ingredients, to the food cut, to the way they are prepared and served, many things affect the quality of Kentucky Hot Brown's flavor. If you want to make a delicious Kentucky Hot Brown at home, do not worry, once you know the trick, you can turn this dish into an unusual special dish.

Ingredients and spices needed to make Kentucky Hot Brown:
- 1 pound dried ham in thin slices
- 1 pound finely chopped turkey
- 8 sliced tomatoes
- 8 sliced bacon, crispy or cooked
- I use 4 large, lean slices of bread
- 1 Cheese sauce recipe, this is the recipe
- Sweet potato 1, I use sweet potato because it keeps the sauce
Steps to Kentucky Hot Brown
- Just cook the bacon until crisp or as desired.
- For the cheese sauce, cook 3 tablespoons AP flour and 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Combine 3 cups 1 teaspoon milk with salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and a little nutmeg. I use white pepper because I do not like the appearance of black pepper in the cheese sauce. Cook over medium-high heat until boiling and thickening. Remove from heat and mix with 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Collect sandwiches face up. Put 4 slices of white bread in a large baking pan, I use salt dough. Place the turkey and ham on top of the heap and garnish each with 2 slices of tomato. Sprinkle each sandwich with a little cheese sauce and garnish with 2 slices of bacon.
- Preheat the oven to 450 ° F or use a grill. Place the rolls in the oven until hot and smooth. Place on a plate and cover with chips. Add more cheese sauce and enjoy lunch.
